about me
I originally trained as a dancer and choreographer at Trinity Laban and enjoy bringing that knowledge to my work as filmmaker and photographer. I document artist’s work both on stage and in the studio as well as any projects within various settings; photographing, making promos, trailers, full length edits etc. I create dance for camera films, (e.g. To the Ends of the Fingertips, commissioned by Big Dance in 2016), video installations, (e.g. Liquid Gold is the Air, a 3 screen triptych, created in collaboration with choreographer Rosemary Lee) and video installations for live work (e.g. Gravity, a projection on Queens House, Greenwich, commissioned by Greenwich and Docklands Festival) I regularly collaborate with various dancers, choreographers and companies including Rosemary Lee, Protein Dance and Candoco Dance Company as well as working with organisations including Trinity Laban, English National Ballet, Entelechy Arts and Evelina Hospital School at St. Thomas’s. This diverse range of projects gives me the wonderful opportunity to work with a richly diverse mix of people and performers. |
